Dr. John Breda is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in science and medicine. He received his MD from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1996. Dr. Breda completed his residency at Miriam and Rhode Island Hospital and Brown University.
Dr. Breda is listed in “Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare”, and “Who’s Who in Science and Engineering”. “Who’s Who…” is a publication dedicated to showcasing the biographies and achievements of successful professionals in the fields of medicine, science, and more.
Aside from his excellence in medicine, Dr. Breda is also an accomplished classical concert musician, who played clarinet in the Boston Pops and Boston Symphony. Dr. Breda is a woodwind instrument craftsman and an Instrument-rated pilot.
His devotion to medicine and passion for artistry led Dr. Breda to the world of hair restoration. He truly understands the level of attention to detail and care that must go into each and every hair restoration procedure. Dr. Breda’s vast medical expertise, high standard of patient care, and surgical skills are invaluable assets to NE Hair.
Jason Sorgi, PA-C

Jason is originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He later relocated to Easton Massachusetts where he attended Stonehill College for his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medical Studies. While attending college he became passionate about art, taking art history for two semesters and painting and sculpting during his free time. His love for both medicine and art help solidify his desire for a career in aesthetic medicine.
Jason later earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University, choosing to complete his elective clinical rotation in dermatology. Jason has been trained by world-renowned hair transplant surgeon Mark S. DiStefano & has performed hundreds of FUE hair transplant procedures. Jason has a keen interest in regenerative medicine and aesthetics, having an extensive background in both surgery and aesthetic dermatology. He is experienced with multiple FUE technology platforms including ARTAS, Neograft & Mamba. He is trained and certified in multiple aesthetic modalities including harvesting, site making, local anesthesia, and micro grafting. He knows that in his field of practice, he can truly make a difference in his patients’ lives. He is certified by The National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys traveling, exercise, painting, and spending time outdoors with his two dogs. Jason is very excited to be part of Regeneris Medical Boston as well as the New England Center for Hair Restoration and proud to work with such a fantastic team.
Dr. Welter founded the New England Center for Hair Restoration and became a pioneer in the field of hair transplant surgery, working to develop new techniques using stem cells to achieve unparalleled results in hair restoration density. He has lectured internationally in the field of hair restoration and stem cell therapy for hair and is a founding faculty member for the Global Hair Loss Summit.
Founded in 2005, the New England Center for Hair Restoration and NEhair.com have treated hundreds of patients. The key to success is a combination of skill and technology using cell-based therapies combined with advanced surgical techniques. Today NEHair patients continue to boast full, natural hair where none existed before. From fuller eyebrows to complete scalp hair restoration procedures, attention to detail and creative techniques have lead to better outcomes and higher patient satisfaction.
Dr. Welter obtained his doctorate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State University and his M.D. from the University of Oklahoma. He completed his residency at Brown Alpert School of Medicine. He is a member of the International Society for Hair Restoration. Research continues to be very important to Dr. Welter, and he continues to consult with clinical trials through his research company.
